Returns & Refund Policy
Sorry, we are unable to accept returned products; however, we are happy to replace or refund a product if you are not 100% satisfied with it, or have received a damaged or defective product.
We ask that you contact us at hello@verdecollection.co with the following information included:
- Name
- Order Number
- Reason for refund and or image of damaged product.
All refunds and replacements will take place within 30 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
