Ian Dory, aka the ‘Alpha Wolf’, is a six-time competitor on the hit NBC show American Ninja Warrior. This local climbing legend from the Front Range has been competing nationally and internationally in rock climbing for over a decade! His passion for entrepreneurship, love of earth healing, and family have all come together to create a new business in the CBD marketplace that is honest and transparent.

Dory is passionate about helping to build an organic farming dream and providing USDA certified, top-quality CBD products from seed to shelf.

Jon is an aerospace engineer and retired Engineer and Program Manager at Hewlett Packard, and his wife Lisa has been living in Fort Collins since 1989. This impressive couple is parents to six and grandparents to two, Olivia and Pax. Jon’s 27 years at Hewlett Packard, combined with his passion for farming, have helped to make Verde Collection a leader in the hemp industry. We certainly wouldn’t be where we are today without Jon’s amazing earth working knowledge!

Jordan Kaufman is a real estate professional, entrepreneur, and investor with over two decades of experience. Alongside his brother, Noah Kaufman, he has utilized private equity to fuel a number of successful ventures. His extensive network, interpersonal skills, and business savvy are essential to the success of the FoCo Organics Team. When Jordan is not working on business deals, he enjoys taking his wife Kristina and their dog, Romeo, fly fishing on Colorado’s remote streams.

The “Ninjadoc” Noah T. Kaufman, MD is a seven time Competitor on American ninja warrior and serial entrepreneur who created the Wolfpack Ninjas with his business partner and one of his best friends, fellow competitor Ian Dory. Dr. Kaufman works in the emergency department and dedicates side time to create companies that help people. He saw a need to work with the Dory family and their organic farm to create the highest purity organic CBD to help alleviate stress, inflammation and anxiety associated with the Covid pandemic. He and his wife are both physicians in Fort Collins and both use this incredible product for aches and pains and sleeping. Bill Giorgio is the former distribution, sales, and affiliate marketing lead for Starz/Encore TV Networks and advises Verde Collection acting as a liaison between the advisory board and the BOD/managing executives. Bill is well versed in entrepreneurial start-ups and has a unique vision and sense of genuine quality that brings Verde Collection’s mission in the forefront.

With over 20 years of experience in the marketing field, Gina has worked with numerous companies to develop brand strategies, bringing businesses to their next stages of growth. Her ability to combine communication skills with big picture concepts have contributed to her success as an effective mentor and leader. Gina brings wisdom and experience to the Verde Collection’s team as well as beauty and character. Gina is a true thought leader on the Verde Collection’s team.

Jamia Bigalow is an expert in leveraging sources of revenue for a variety of brands, including FOX, NFL Network and ABC. A former svp of affiliate marketing, she has led strategic efforts to support affiliate sales and increase brand awareness for Fox Networks. Jamia is a clear thinker and strong believer in the Prazamana brand. She represents the strength of character and beauty that embodies the essence of our Prazamana family.

Kristin brings 15 years of brand development and graphic design to the Verde team. Her experience in the gift, retail and publishing industries lends itself perfectly to the cultivation of Verde’s various brands. She makes Verde look good!

Cousins by marriage, Kristin and Jessica function more like sisters, imbuing Verde Collection with a strong yet feminine spirit. Kristin can be found cooking, snowboarding or building just about anything in her free time, bringing her tiny humans along to the farm to experience the joy of growing in the Colorado sunshine.
